win7jilli Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

To register and use the win7jilli platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Win7jilli strictly prohibits access to minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and located within the Philippines at the time of placing bets or playing casino games.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under Philippine law and any applicable local ordinances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of win7jilli, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your account must not be under any form of self-exclusion, ban, or suspension — whether self-imposed through win7jilli's responsible gaming tools or applied by win7jilli directly.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one account on win7jilli. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid contact number. Win7jilli may require documentary evidence to verify this information at any time, including government-issued IDs, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation.

• You agree to keep your registration details current. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be updated promptly via the account settings section.
• Win7jilli uses the information provided during registration for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Win7jilli will never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on win7jilli are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Win7jilli accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though win7jilli may apply limits in accordance with AML (anti-money laundering) compliance requirements.

• All deposited funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Win7jilli will reject or return deposits made from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal conditions. GCash and Maya transfers typically complete in 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet clear within the same business day in most cases.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit are prioritised for processing.
• Win7jilli may require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 within a 30-day period. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Win7jilli does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Win7jilli has no control over third-party fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

Win7jilli offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free bets, not as real-money cash. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Specific rollover amounts are always stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Win7jilli reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, or to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Evidence of abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, systematic exploitation of promotions across multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus harvesting — will result in bonus cancellation, winnings forfeiture, and account suspension.
• Promotions are available to Philippine residents only. Win7jilli may limit promotions to accounts that have made at least one verified deposit.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on win7jilli are subject to the rules of the individual sport, league, or event as determined by the relevant governing body, combined with the platform's own specific market rules as published in the help section.

• A bet is confirmed when win7jilli issues a unique bet reference number. Bets submitted but not yet confirmed — for example, during temporary connectivity issues — are not valid.
• Win7jilli reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or cancel bets where system errors, data feed failures, or obvious pricing mistakes are present. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price will be voided.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Due to the real-time nature of live markets, win7jilli may suspend markets momentarily around key events — such as a goal, knockdown, or penalty — before re-pricing.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market. In most cases, postponed events are voided if not played within 24 hours of the original start time.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. If one leg is voided (for example, due to a postponed event), the parlay is recalculated excluding the void selection.
• The maximum payout per bet slip on win7jilli is ₱5,000,000. Win7jilli may cap individual winnings at this amount regardless of the stated odds.

Casino & Games

The win7jilli online casino operates using software and game content from licensed third-party providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer setups that are independently audited for fairness.

• Game rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. Win7jilli is not responsible for inaccurate RTPs published by third-party game providers.
• In the event of a game malfunction, crash, or disconnection during a casino game session, the hand or spin in progress at the time is considered void. The amount wagered is returned to your account balance.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to additional verification before payout. Win7jilli will contact the winning player directly within 48 hours of the win to begin the verification process.
• Certain games may be restricted to players who have not claimed certain bonuses, or may not contribute equally to wagering requirements. These restrictions are detailed in each bonus offer's specific terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on win7jilli and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement:

• Registering or using an account under a false identity or using another person's details.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, manipulate games, or exploit platform functionality.
• Match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting intended to defraud win7jilli or other players.
• Money laundering or using win7jilli as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access the win7jilli platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Abusing the platform's chat or customer service systems through harassment, threatening behaviour, or repeated bad-faith claims.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your win7jilli account credentials. Win7jilli strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other service.

Win7jilli will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from win7jilli and requesting your password, please treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact win7jilli support immediately. We can temporarily lock your account while the matter is investigated. Win7jilli cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to secure their credentials or report the breach promptly.

Privacy & Data

Win7jilli collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR's data governance requirements. The full details of what we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a data subject are explained in the win7jilli Privacy Policy.

By registering on win7jilli, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings.

Responsible Gaming

Win7jilli is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should always be entertaining — the moment it stops being fun and starts causing harm, it's time to seek help. Win7jilli provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Bet Limits: Restrict the maximum stake you can place per bet.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account and prevent re-registration for a set period.

Limitation of Liability

Win7jilli provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Win7jilli will not be liable for losses incurred due to:

• Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical errors outside our reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing systems (e.g., GCash, Maya, or bank networks).
• Errors in live data feeds or odds information supplied by third-party data providers, where these are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Loss of winnings on bets voided in accordance with these terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from platform use.

Win7jilli's total liability to any registered player in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during that same calendar month, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Account Termination

Win7jilli reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these terms has occurred, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or other regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, win7jilli may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

You may close your account at any time by contacting win7jilli support. Remaining real-money balances will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of account closure, provided no pending investigations are in progress.

Amendments to These Terms

Win7jilli may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, PAGCOR requirements, platform features, or our business practices. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of win7jilli after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect without penalty.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the PAGCOR Charter and applicable gaming regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and win7jilli, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance. You may raise a formal complaint by contacting support@win7jilli.com. Win7jilli will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Both parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved legal disputes.
